Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the item securely in its original Waldor & Co. presentation box and pack it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
